1. Handmade Nature & Lead Times

All of my products are handmade to order. Please allow 6–8 weeks for production before shipping. Lead times may vary based on order volume, but I will communicate with you if there are any unexpected delays.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.

  • I reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at my discretion.

3. Returns Policy

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable.

  • To start a return, please contact me directly before sending anything back.

4. Warranty

  • If there is a defect in my workmanship, I will repair or replace the item at no cost.

  • Damage caused by misuse (such as pets, water damage, accidents, or neglect) is not covered.

  • I want to be easy to work with — if you have an issue, reach out so we can talk it through.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

6. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or misuse of my products. My liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Arkansas, USA]. By purchasing, you agree that any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.

8. Privacy & Data

I only collect information necessary to process and ship your order (such as your name, address, and email). I will never sell or share your personal information.

10. User Submissions (Photos, Reviews, and Contest Entries)

By submitting a photo, review, testimonial, or entering any contest or drawing with my shop:

  • You grant me a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, publish, reproduce, and distribute that content (including your name, likeness, and submitted photos) for marketing, promotional, or other business purposes.

  • This includes use on my website, social media, and advertising.

  • You confirm that you own or have permission to share the content you submit.

  • You will not be compensated for this use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
